The Upper Manyame Sub-Catchment Council (UMSCC) exhibited at the 2023 Harare Agricultural Show, which took place from August 28 to September 2 at the Harare Agricultural Showgrounds.

The UMSCC showcased its work in water resources management, including its efforts to improve water supply, sanitation, and irrigation. The council also highlighted its initiatives to promote sustainable agriculture and to protect the environment.

The UMSCC is committed to promoting the sustainable use of water resources and to supporting the development of agriculture in Zimbabwe. The Public Relations Officer believes that the Harare Agricultural Show was a valuable platform to raise awareness of these issues and to showcase its work.

The UMSCC invited all stakeholders to visit its exhibition at the Harare Agricultural Show. Hundreds of people including farmers, students, and corporates visited the UMSCC stand with inquiries about borehole registration and the functions of the Council.

The council was looking forward to sharing its work with the public and engaging in discussions on how to improve water resources management and sustainable agriculture in Zimbabwe.

The 2023 Harare Agricultural Show was expected to attract over 100,000 visitors, making it a great opportunity for the UMSCC to reach a wide audience. The council is confident that the exhibition was a success and that it helped to raise awareness of its work.
